SMHB has well-trained project managers and in-house multi-disciplinary capabilities that allows us to manage projects of varying complexities for government authorities, international bodies or private sectors, always working closely with clients, contractors and approving authorities, at all stages.

Our scope of services in project management consultancy will be tailored to meet the Client’s requirements and may commence from as early as preparation of a project needs statement, project planning and financing, to full project construction and implementation. We are also able to serve as independent review consultants or sit on panels for arbitration, calling upon our technical experts in the required areas.
